What is the Educational Qualification for WBSSC Recruitment 2018?

For Technical Assistant – Candidate must have Bachelor degree in Science or Higher Secondary/ Pre-University in Science with a requisite technical qualification such as L.C.E/ L.M.E/ L.E.E/ D.L.T.C. or 3 years diploma recognized by the Council of Technical Education.

For Junior Assistant – Candidate must have Higher Secondary / Pre-University or its equivalent

For Junior Compositor – Candidate must have Class 8th standard and proficiency certificate from a recognized institution or experience where such training facility is not available

For Junior Machine Man – Candidate must have Class 8th and 16 years’ experience in the relevant field mentioned in the G.O. No. 1423-Edn (U)
